View Shared Documents in Sub-Account
Log in to Click2Mail. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner.
This will take you to your account dashboard. Click "Shared Assets", located on the left under the My Assets menu. Shared Assets is only visible if a master account has shared a document with you.
Select "Show Documents" to see your shared documents.
Your Shared Documents table will load. You can use the Action menu on the right to start a job with the document or view it.
