Tell Directory Monitor What to Monitor

Directory Monitor will whisk documents in a specified location away and turn them into real mail. Before that can happen, you have to tell Directory Monitor which location to monitor. Follow these steps to add a monitor.

Please note: you must already have a saved template to add a monitor.

Click "Add new monitor".

Indicate the type of workflow template associated with the new monitor and click "OK".

Select the previously associated Click2Mail account and click "Select Directory to be monitored".

Select the folder / directory you want to monitor and click "Choose".

Select the previously created template associated with the new monitor. Click "Add Monitor".

The monitor will be added. You can click "Details" to view information related to the monitor or "Remove" to delete it from Directory Monitor.
