Can I have an international return address?No. Because USPS regulations don't allow for international return addresses when sending mail using an indicia, you can't use an international return address with mail is sent through the Click2Mail system. International return addresses will be replaced with our Arlington, VA PO Box. If you are interested in receiving scans of mail returned to our PO box, you can email support@click2mail.com for additional information. Do I have to have a return address?Yes. Postal regulations require a return address on all mailpieces mailed out using indicia. Click2Mail does apply an indicia to mailpieces, so you must have a return address on your mailpiece. Delete a Return AddressYou can delete return addresses provided they are not your default return address. If you need to delete your default return address, you can designate a different address as the default and then delete it. To delete a return address, log in to your Click2Mail account and access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Next, click "Addresses", located on the left hand side of the interface.

Edit an Existing Return AddressYou can edit existing return addresses if you need to make changes to them. Log in to your Click2Mail account. Click "My Account" to access your account dashboard. Click "Addresses", located in the menu on the left hand side of the account dashboard. The default return address will be displayed. Click "Edit" to edit the default return address or click "View All" to see additional return addresses.

Your account addresses will be displayed. Your return addresses will be at the top of this page.

Select a Different Return AddressIf you are working in the job configurator and you want to select a different return address for the mailing, click "Change". You can also click "Add New" if you need to add a new return address. Select the return address you'd like to add to the job and click "Done".
