View Proof from CartYou can download the proof right from the cart. Click the tricolon menu to the right of the job information and then select "View Proof".

Create a New ProjectBefore you can create a new project, you must log in to your Click2Mail account and click "My Account". Click "Projects" on the left side of the interface. The Projects table will load, Click "New". When prompted, enter a project name and click "Done". The new project will be displayed under "Projects". Duplicate a JobIf you want to resend a previous mailing, you can duplicate the job. Once you duplicate the job, you can change the document, return address, mailing list and job options before proofing and submitting the order. You will not be able to duplicate cancelled jobs. To duplicate a job, log in to your account and click "MY ACCOUNT", located in the upper right-hand corner of the interface. Locate the job you want to duplicate in the Projects table.

View Job DetailsClick here to view a quick video that shows you how to locate job details in the MOL Pro UI. You can view the mapping ID of a list by viewing job details. Locate the job that utilizes the list in question in your projects. Click the tricolon menu on the right and then click View Details. Click the Advanced Details caret to view Mapping ID. Details available here include Document Origin, Base Document ID, Job Document ID, Base Address List ID, Job Address List ID, and Address List Mapping ID.

Schedule a MailingYou can schedule next day mailings to be mailed on any valid mailing day up to 120 days in advance. Once your order is in the shopping cart, look for the Date of Mailing column. If you click on the date, a calendar will pop up and you can select a different date. �

Continue a JobClick here to view a demo that shows you how to continue a job you were previously working on. To begin, log in to your Click2Mail account and access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Locate the job you want to continue in the Projects table. Click the three dot menu on the right. Click "Continue". The job will open in the job configurator so you can make changes or advance to the proof.

Select a productThere are multiple ways to select a product. To select a product from the homepage, click the Mailing Products tab at the top of the page. Then, click the product you want to mail. You will also be able to select a product after you start a job from your projects or mailing lists. Click the product type from the list on the left and the product size from the options on the right.

Envelope OptionsClick2Mail offers the following envelope types for the assembly of your order. Envelope measurements are as follows. #10 Envelope - This option is available for all letter and certified letter orders, provided your printed document does not exceed the maximum sheet / page size for that product. Letters in 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 are available in a dual window or an open faced envelope. #10 EcoEnvelope - This option is used for courtesy reply letters.

Submit a Job in Your CartTo submit a job that's already in your cart, follow these instructions. If you're ready to submit the job, you can log into your Click2Mail account. From the home page, click the "My Mailing Online Pro Account" button in the upper right hand corner of the UI. This will take you to your account dashboard. Click the cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard UI.

Reply EnvelopesReply envelopes are available but some set up is required. Email support@click2mail.com to learn more. Reply envelopes are single windowed #9s. Reply envelopes can be stamped or not, depending on your preference.

Start a JobYou can start a job by locating the three-dotted icon in "My Projects", "My Documents" or "My Mailing Lists".
