View Shared Documents in Sub-AccountLog in to Click2Mail. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner. This will take you to your account dashboard. Click "Shared Assets", located on the left under the My Assets menu. Shared Assets is only visible if a master account has shared a document with you. Select "Show Documents" to see your shared documents. Your Shared Documents table will load. You can use the Action menu on the right to start a job with the document or view it.

Setting up a Master AccountPlease email support@click2mail.com to request master account enablement. Your Click2Mail account must be created before we can enable master account permissions. Once your account is designated as a master account, you will be able to add sub-accounts and share documents with them.

Share and Unshare DocumentsMaster accounts can share and unshare documents with sub-accounts. To begin, log in to your Click2Mail account. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the website. Click "Documents", located in the menu on the left hand side of the interface. The Documents table will load. Locate the document you want to share and click the three dot menu icon to expand the action menu.

Remove Sub-AccountTo remove a sub-account, log in to Click2Mail and click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the website. This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Click "Manage Sub-Accounts", located underneath the My Account menu in the upper right hand corner of the website. Click the three-dotted icon to the right of the account or accounts you wish to remove and click "Remove "
