Mailing List UsageIf you've never acquired a mailing list you may not have thought of it, but mailing lists are almost always rented and not purchased. What you're paying for is the right to mail to a list for a specified number of times. Rental lists are available for either one-time, multiple or unlimited use. One-time use means you can mail to each record only once. If you purchase a multiple use list, you indicate prior to purchase how many times you intend to use the list.

What's the difference between the two New Movers lists?The New Movers List contains consumers who have moved in the last 6 months. The Prior Week New Movers List contains only the most recent data available from the weekly update that is done on the New Movers List. Fewer records are available on this list. Save a SearchIf you have completed a search but are not ready to purchase yet, you can save it in your account. Start by clicking "Save". It's helpful to give your search a meaningful name. By default, the search description will be similar to "20615_C2M-11 ACP 03/16/11". Click "Edit Search Description". Enter a search name in the Search Description field. Click "Submit". To retrieve a saved search, click "My Searches". Your saved searches will be displayed.

List Orders On HoldMailing list orders go on hold if they meet certain criteria related to the record count and user status. New user jobs will go on hold so we can verify list criteria and delivery format expectations. Orders less than 100 records and more than 25,000 will go on hold so we can verify list criteria and delivery format expectations with user before the list is released.

Download a Mailing List You Purchased From Click2MailAfter you have ordered a mailing list from Click2Mail, you will need to download it from your account. You will be provided with an order ID and download password in the final stages of the order process. The order ID and password are also sent to you in the order confirmation email. The order confirmation email is sent immediately after you complete your order. You don't necessarily need the order number and password to download your list if you do it directly from your Click2Mail account.

How fast can I get a list?Search results are returned in a matter of minutes and can be ordered as soon as you're ready. After a list is ordered, it's typically available for download within 5 minutes. Specialty lists that aren't available through Click2Mail's website take a bit longer. A quote will usually take 24 hours to be returned and once a list is ordered, it may be 24 hours before it's available.
