There are two types of locked accounts.

1. Temporary lock - this happens when a user enters an incorrect password multiple times. Users should use the forgot password link to regain access to their account.
2. Permanent lock - this happens when an automated fraud alert is triggered. Customers should contact Customer Support at support@click2mail.com for help with erroneously locked accounts.
