Apple Mail - AttachmentsIf you are having problems using email to mail with your Apple Mail client, make sure you enable sending of Windows-friendly attachments. Instructions from Apple support page: To do so for all messages, choose Edit > Attachments, then select Always Send Windows-Friendly Attachments. For a specific message, click the Attach button in the toolbar of the new message window, then select Send Windows-Friendly Attachments (if you don’t see the checkbox, click Options in the bottom corner).

No Signature File AttachmentsDo not include any attachments that you do not want to mail on an email to mail missive. Attachments like signature files and logos will print! Remove all .jpg, .tiff, .png and other file types that you do not want to print as a sheet of paper to be included in your email to mail document.

Confirm an Email-to-Mail JobIf you created a customer email-to-mail mailbox and enabled confirmation, you'll have to log in to approve proofs and submit orders. Jobs are ready to advance when you receive the email confirmation that the job was received. When you receive this email notification, log in to your Click2Mail account and click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Locate the job in the projects section.

Add Approved Senders - Email to MailClick here to view a demo that shows you how to add approved senders to Email to Mail. Only approved senders can submit Email to Mail jobs on your behalf. To add an approved sender, log in to your Click2Mail account and access your Account Dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Click "Email to Mail", located in the menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Disable Order Confirmation in Email-to-MailLog in to your Click2Mail account and click "My Account" located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Click "Email-to-Mail" located in the menu on the left hand side of your account dashboard. Click the three dot menu icon beside the mailbox for which you would like to disable the order confirmation option to expand the action menu. Click "Edit". Uncheck the Order Confirmation box.
