Your printed and folded letter is inserted into a #10 letter-sized, full-window envelope. Your return address and the 3"x3" image both show through the window so the recipient immediately knows who sent the letter. 

No. At this time, you cannot use mail merge with EasyLetterSender. 

Placing an Easy Letter Sender - Letter order is quick and easy. To begin the order process, browse to www.Click2Mail.com and click "Easy Letter Sender".  Click "Start your letter" or "Start your postcard".  Click "Add your return address".  Enter the desired return address. Click "Save".  Click "Add recipient addresses".  Enter your mail recipient's address. Click "Save". Click the body of the letter to begin typing your letter. Click "Save" when you are finished.

For best results, size your image to 3" x 3" prior to insert. You can resize the image after you insert it if you prefer. Images should be at least 150 DPI, with 300 DPI being highly recommended. To add an image to your Easy Letter Sender product, click "Insert an Image". Click "Select an image".  Locate and select the desired picture and click "Open".  Click "Save".  Your picture will be inserted onto the mailpiece.

You can change the font type and size of text in the Easy Letter Sender editor. Highlight the text you want to modify. Click the Font Family and / or Font Size menus to see available selections. Click desired selections. Changes will be reflected in the editor. Click Save to continue placing your order.

You can change the font. While in the text editor, highlight the text you wish to modify. Your letter can be six pages. 

Each recipient line in the recipient address block is now limited to a total of 40 characters on all product types. Anything over this number of characters will be truncated. The reason for the character limit is that extremely long recipient lines used to wrap, causing the endorsement line to be overwritten and mailings to be refused at the Post Office.  

Easy Letters are printed on White 28# paper. 

We recommend that you download the Easy Letter Sender list template here. Your list must be in this format with the headers shown below in order to upload it to Easy Letter Sender. To upload your list, click "Add recipient addresses".  Click "Import list".  Locate the list you wish to upload and click "Open". Depending on the type of computer you use, this step will look something like the image below.

You have the option to include a picture or some other artwork that will print on the top right of the first page and show through the window of the envelope in which your letter is mailed. 1. Choose a JPEG or JPG image. There is a 5 MB file size limit. 2. The ideal image is 3 x 3 inches and 300 DPI (dots per inch). Larger / smaller images are automatically resized to fit.

Locate the picture you wish to insert and click "Open". Drag the illuminated square to include the portion of the picture you want on the postcard. Click "Save".
