Poor Print QualitySometimes print quality does not meet customer expectations. The causes of this are often unique. Please call customer service at 866-665-2787 to discuss any concerns you may have. The most frequently observed print quality issue is a smear or smudge seen on postcards. The smudge is seen approximately 2.5 inches from the postcards left edge. This smudge is caused by the USPS sorting equipment, and not a printer problem. Click2Mail is not responsible for damage to mail pieces that occurs after they enter the mail stream.

Upload and Insert an Image Using the EditorImages should be more than 150 dpi and they must not have a transparent background. Images can be .png or .jpg files. Follow the steps below to insert an image onto your mailpiece using the MOL Pro Document Editor. In the editor, click the image icon located on the left. Click "Upload". Browse to find the image on your computer and click "Open" or "Next". Depending on what type of computer you use, this step will look something like the image below.

Find Documents in AccountClick here to view a demo that shows you how to locate documents that were created or uploaded to your Click2Mail account. To begin, log in to your Click2Mail account and access the account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Click "Documents", located in the menu on the left of the account dashboard. The spyglass icon enables search by name.

How do I rotate an image or text box?You can rotate and tilt images and text boxes inserted onto your document through the MOL Pro editor. Hover your mouse over the upper left hand corner of your text box or image and the Rotate icon will appear. It looks like a curved arrow. Move your mouse to rotate or tilt the image.

Merge Documents in MOL ProYou can merge like mailpieces together into one document in MOL Pro. This is particularly useful for letter sized products. Click here to view a demo that shows you how to do that.

Adding Mail Merge Fields to MOL Pro DocumentsMail Merge can be added to your document using the MOL Pro editor. You must start a job and view it in the job configurator to work mail merge fields into a document. The job configurator is shown below. You must associate a mailing list with your job before mail merge fields can be inserted into the document. In the mailing list section, click "SELECT FROM EXISTING" to choose a mailing list that's already been uploaded to the account.

Change Font in Text BoxYou can change the font of text you have entered into a text box. We have a recorded demo that demonstrates this. Click here to view it. First use your mouse to click the text box on your document. Several icons will appear to the left of the text box. Select the "Text Style" icon. Click the Font menu to display a list of available fonts. Use your mouse to highlight the text you want to change and make a selection from the Font menu.
