All mail must have a delivery address. 

A simplified address has three lines:

- Recipient line

- Delivery address line

- City, state and ZIP or ZIP + 4 code

A complete delivery address contains the following:

- Attention line (optional line to direct mail to the attention of a
specific person, department or company)

- Recipient line (name of recipient)

- Delivery address line

- City, state and ZIP or ZIP + 4 code

- Country (only required if the piece is international)

BELGIUM (Country only required if the piece is international)

A mailpiece can not have more than one delivery address.  Dual delivery addresses that contain a PO box number and a street address are discouraged, and will most likely result in returned mail.
