Obtain Return Receipt Electronic Signature from www.USPS.comThe USPS® will email a copy of the Return Receipt Electronic directly to you. To request this email, visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number into the Track a Package box. Click "Track Package". Click the drop down arrow next to "Return Receipt Email". Enter your name and email address information into the appropriate fields. Click "Request Email". You will receive confirmation of your request. Click "Close". The USPS® will email the signature file to you.

Can I send certified mail to an international address?No. You can't send certified mail to international addresses. Certified mail is a domestic mail product. You can send registered mail to international addresses, but Click2Mail doesn't offer this service. For more information, contact your local USPS or 1-800-ASK-USPS. About Certified MailCertified Mail is an "extra" domestic mail service that assigns a unique tracking number to each article mailed and provides the sender with proof of both mailing and delivery. USPS regulations require that the signature of the addressee (or authorized agent) be obtained at the time a Certified Mail article is delivered; the USPS maintains official delivery records for two years.
