Username and Password RequirementsClick2Mail accounts require the following for usernames and passwords: Email or Username: Minimum of 6 characters (case-sensitive), letters (upper or lowercase), numbers (0-9), at sign (@), hyphen (-), underline (_), point (period .). Password: Minimum of 8 letters and numbers (case-sensitive), at least 1 upper case, at least 1 lower case and at least 1 number.

Delete AccountClick here to view a demo that shows you how to delete your account. Log in to your Click2Mail account. Click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Next, click "Profile & Preferences" underneath the account icon. Click "Delete", located to the right of Delete Account.

Edit Your Account Contact DetailsTo make changes to your account details, you must first log in to your Click2Mail Account. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located below "Sign Out." This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Click "Profile & Preference", located underneath the My Account menu in the upper right hand corner of the website. Click "Edit" next to your contact information. Make necessary changes to Name, Email Address or Phone Number and click "

Change PasswordAfter logging in to your Click2Mail account, click "My Account". Click the "My Account" menu located at the top right of the screen. Select "Profile & Preference" from the menu. Click "Change Password". Enter your current password. Enter your new password. Confirm your new password. Click "Change It". Once your changes are saved, you will be directed back to the Profile & Preferences page. View Credit HistoryLog into your account. If you are already logged into your account, click "My Account". Click "Credit History", located in the menu on the left. Select "Business", enter email, username, and password information and click "Sign Up". Enter Business name and industy information and then click "Proceed". Locked AccountThere are two types of locked accounts. Temporary lock - this happens when a user enters an incorrect password multiple times. Users should use the forgot password link to regain access to their account. Permanent lock - this happens when an automated fraud alert is triggered. Customers should contact Customer Support at support@click2mail.com for help with erroneously locked accounts.

Paying with User CreditPaying with credit is easy. The $2 minimum production fee is waived after you select credit as a payment option. You may not use credit as a means of partial payment for an order. You must have enough credit to pay for the entire order. You can purchase more credit during the checkout process. To pay with user credit from your shopping cart during the checkout process, click "Proceed to Checkout"

Purchase User CreditUser credit can be helpful in many ways. If your office has more than one person using the account, the credits are readily available. When you have purchased credit, you are able to send your mailings without having to stop and enter a method of payment. And lastly, you can more easily adhere to your monthly mailing budget. When credits are purchased, the minimum production fee of $2 is waived, making credit an especially excellent payment option for single piece orders.

Retrieve Forgotten UsernameIf you forgot your username, you can automatically retrieve it. Start by going to www.Click2Mail.com. Click "Sign In". In the Log In box, click "Forgot Username". When prompted, enter your email address and click "Continue". An email containing your username will be sent to the email address indicated. Find and Change CRIDTo find your crid, log in to Click2Mail and click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface. This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Click "Profile & Preference", located underneath the My Account menu in the upper right hand corner of the website. Your CRID information is located on the Profile & Preferences page. If you previously entered your CRID, it will be displayed.

Subscribe or Unsubscribe from Newsletter and Special OffersLog in to your Click2Mail account and access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the right hand corner of the user interface. From the account dashboard, click "My Account" again and then click "Profile & Preferences". Click "Notification Setting". Check or uncheck "Subscribe to Newsletters and Special Offers".Next, click "Save".
